Welcome to Roveday. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roveday software, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Roveday provides logistics and scheduling software designed for mobile businesses. Our platform facilitates appointment booking, automated route calculations, calendar synchronization, and payment collection between mobile service providers ("Providers") and their end clients ("Customers").

2. Provider Responsibilities

If you are using Roveday as a Provider:

  • You are solely responsible for the services you provide to Customers. Roveday acts only as a scheduling and routing intermediary.
  • You must ensure your service areas, buffer times, and availability are accurate to prevent logistical failure.
  • You agree to comply with all local laws, licensing requirements, and regulations applicable to your industry.

3. Payment Processing & Fees

Roveday uses Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") as a third-party payment processor. By using Roveday to collect payments or deposits, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

Roveday is not a bank, payment institution, or money services business. We are not responsible for delayed payouts, disputed charges (chargebacks), or payment failures. All disputes regarding the actual physical services rendered must be resolved directly between the Provider and the Customer.

4. API & Third-Party Integrations

Our Service relies on third-party APIs, including Mapbox (for routing), Stadia Maps (for geocoding), and Nylas (for calendar synchronization). We do not guarantee the continuous availability or accuracy of these third-party services. Roveday is not liable for missed appointments or scheduling conflicts resulting from third-party API outages or inaccuracies in traffic data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roveday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Roveday in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity via Stripe Connect.
